Try before you pay

Your first conversation with Coral is free, no card required. Try it before you subscribe.

7-day guarantee

If you subscribe and it's not for you, we refund 100%, no questions asked, within 7 days of your first payment. Email [email protected] from your purchase address and we'll process it.

Cancel anytime

Cancel anytime from the customer portal (the link is in your receipt) or by emailing us. When you cancel:

• You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• You're not charged again.
• No cancellation fees or penalties.

After 7 days

Once the guarantee window passes, we don't refund already-started months or partial periods, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge.

Plan minutes

Coral is a metered plan (conversation minutes). Unused minutes don't roll over and aren't refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days (exact timing depends on your bank).

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you see an incorrect or duplicate charge, email [email protected] and we'll fix it right away.
