Coral is a digital subscription service — there are no physical goods to return. "Refund" means returning your payment under this policy.

Try before you pay

Your first conversation with Coral is free, no card required. Try it before you subscribe.

7-day guarantee

If you subscribe and it's not for you, we refund 100%, no questions asked, within 7 days of your first payment. Email [email protected] from your purchase address and we'll process it.

Cancel anytime

Cancel anytime from the customer portal (the link is in your receipt) or by emailing us. When you cancel:

Once the guarantee window passes, we don't refund already-started months or partial periods — but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge.

Plan minutes

Coral is a metered plan (conversation minutes). Unused minutes don't roll over and aren't refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days (exact timing depends on your bank).

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you see an incorrect or duplicate charge, email [email protected] and we'll fix it right away.
