These are the rules for using Coral. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. We've kept them clear and fair.

1. Acceptance

By using Coral you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Coral is

Coral is a conversational English-practice app with an AI tutor. It's a learning and practice tool; it is not an official certification and doesn't replace an accredited academic program.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information when you sign up.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
Your account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Subscription and payments

Coral is offered as a monthly subscription of $49.99 USD (with promotional pricing for eligible students via discount code), auto-renewing each month.
Payment is processed securely on the web via Stripe.
Plans are metered by minutes; unused minutes don't roll over to the next month.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime, and we offer a 7-day guarantee. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use Coral to:

Do anything illegal or harmful to others.
Break, copy, resell, or automate the service without permission.
Share your access with third parties.

7. AI-generated content

Coral's responses are generated by an AI model. They may contain errors or inaccuracies; use them as a learning aid, not as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Coral name, logo, software, and service content belong to Creaactiva LLC. The content you create (your conversations, your notes) is yours; you grant us permission to process and display it to you within the service per the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and liability

Coral is provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't guarantee a specific learning outcome or uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. If we raise the price, we honor the price of existing subscribers as long as they don't cancel.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Creaactiva LLC. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed with legal counsel before public launch.)
